Hi, I’m Audrey Curdo - a Boston-based performer and creator currently earning my BFA in Musical theatre with a Dance Emphasis at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee. I'm so glad you're here - welcome to my page :)
My love for performing really started in the dance studio. I grew up as a competitive dancer, but if you ask my mom, she'll tell you I've been putting on shows since I was a toddler when I would climb up on the coffee table to sing and dance for anyone who would watch. My poor brothers were my very first audience, and my twin brother eventually joined in and learned to tap dance himself. I guess I can be pretty persuasive.
During my time at school, I fostered my love for acting and singing. The work I have done has shaped me to put storytelling at the forefront of my work; guiding audiences into new worlds and allowing time to move at a different pace while I perform.
I also spent years playing competitive soccer, coining my hometown nickname "Soccerina". Balancing both soccer and dance shaped me in ways I didn't fully understand at the time. Athletics taught me discipline, stamina, and how to be a strong teammate. Dance and theatre taught me vulnerability, storytelling, and musicality. Now, those worlds blend together in my work. I bring physical strength, emotional honesty, and a grounded sense of teamwork into every rehearsal and performance space.
As a lifelong athlete, I love to spend my free time playing and watching sports. I am a New England girl so you bet I am a steadfast fan of the Pats, Red Sox, Bruins, and Celtics (sorry)!
More than anything, I'm passionate about connecting the worlds of athletics and the arts. They don't just coexist, they strengthen each other. I bring a strong work ethic, a team-first mindset, and a lot of heart into everything I do, and I'm always excited for the next creative challenge.
